What's Included:

Prenatal Visits

Two 2-hour prenatal visits focused on birth preparation, comfort measures, partner support, birth preferences, and early postpartum planning.

Continuous Labor Support

On-call support beginning at 38 weeks, with continuous in-person support throughout active labor and birth.

Immediate Postpartum Support

Support continues through the immediate postpartum period following birth to help ease the transition into recovery, feeding, and early newborn care.

Postpartum Visits

Two 2-hour postpartum visits focused on recovery, feeding support, newborn adjustment, and helping things feel more manageable during the early weeks at home.

My role is not to direct your birth or replace your medical team, but to provide steady, thoughtful support so you feel informed, cared for, and less alone throughout the process.

Includes prenatal visits, on-call availability, continuous labor support, postpartum visits, and ongoing communication throughout your birth experience.
